Tutorials - Using the website

We'd love to help if you have a question. Use the live chat support or email

CrowdPatch Tutorial 1 - Register and Edit your Profile

When you register, you can fill out the form or for faster registration, use your favourite social media or email account like gmail. If you signed up with the form and decide later you want faster login with your favourite social account like Facebook, Twitter or Gmail, that's easy.

But remember, the registered email address for your favourite social account must match your CrowdPatch email account for faster login to work. If the email addresses don't match, you can change your CrowdPatch email address by editing your profile.

Editing your profile is easy. Simply click on your name in the top right corner and select 'edit profile.' You can include a link to your website, info about yourself or your organisation and social media profiles to make it easy for others in the CrowdPatch community to connect with you.

As a new user, it's important that you add a photo to liven up your profile. Upload your photo. If you need to, you can crop the photo to make it just right and click save.

Another great profile feature is the ability to add a cover photo. This is your chance to make a statement about your organisation and what you care about most for our crowd to see. Once you upload the cover photo, simply click and drag the photo to position it just right and click save.
